Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If products from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the final product is received.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the products you wish to return and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Do not send a return to the sender’s address shown on the parcel. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or rejected where permitted by law.
Returning the Products
After notifying us, you must send the products back within 14 days.
Products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging, with labels, accessories and documentation. You may inspect the products as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• Products that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods;
• Other products excluded from the right of withdrawal by applicable law.
An exception will only be applied where legally permitted.
